Consistently reliable orders

This was my third order from Kitchway, this time for some gastronorm pans and a few stock pots. Just like my previous purchases, the items arrived on time and were exactly as described. Their packaging is always secure, which is important for kitchenware. I appreciate that I can count on them for consistent quality and delivery. I found the website search function a bit clunky this time trying to find specific pan sizes, but overall, it was another good experience.

Decent price for a mixer

I was in the market for a new food mixer and Kitchway had a pretty competitive price compared to other suppliers. I signed up for their newsletter and got a small discount on my first order, which was nice. The mixer arrived well-packaged, though it did take a full week to get here, which felt a bit long. It works as expected, and for the price I paid, I think it was a solid deal. I'll probably check them again next time I need something if their prices are still good.

Good for kitchen gear

I ordered a few chef knives from Kitchway a couple weeks ago. They got here pretty quick, took about 4 days to reach Austin which was fine. The knives are nice and sharp, good quality. I wish they had more options for knife sets, but what I got was good value.

Good convection oven, average delivery

I bought a commercial convection oven from Kitchway for my bakery. The oven itself is excellent, heats evenly, and has been a big upgrade for us. The price was fair, and it came with a good warranty. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, about 9 days, and tracking updates were sparse. Customer service was helpful when I called to inquire about the delay, but it would be better if the initial delivery estimate was more accurate. Still, happy with the oven itself.

Got my prep counter fast

Ordered a stainless steel prep counter. Arrived in 3 days. Quality is good. No issues. Would buy again.

Good quality, delivery could improve

I recently purchased an undercounter fridge and a few gastronorm pans. The fridge itself is solid, keeps temperature well, and the pans are sturdy. Ordering online was straightforward, and they called to confirm the fridge delivery window. It took 6 days to reach our restaurant in Leeds, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but within their estimated range. Everything arrived well-packaged, no damage. Customer service was helpful when I called about tracking. Overall, pleased with the items, just wish shipping was a touch faster for larger equipment.

Great chefs knives!

I ordered a set of chefs knives and they are fantastic! Super sharp and a really good weight. Delivery was quick, got them in 3 days. I'll definitely be back for more supplies when I open my next place. Highly recommend Kitchway!

Decent stock pot, slow delivery

I bought a large stock pot for our kitchen. The quality seems good for the price, quite heavy duty. It took almost a week for it to arrive, which was a bit frustrating as we needed it sooner. Checkout was fine, no issues there. The pot itself is perfectly adequate for what we need, but the delivery speed could definitely be improved. It makes planning a little tricky.
